How to process a return or exchange
If you DID create an account:
Log in to your profile by clicking the “person” icon at the top, right-hand corner of our website and heading to the “Your Orders” page. Once there, clicking the “Request Return/Exchange” button prompts you to confirm your request and then automatically notifies our team. After that, you can kick back and we’ll respond to you via email as soon as possible!
If you DID NOT create an account:
Start by locating the email with your confirmation order. The email subject reads “Felix Gray Order Confirmation” and the sender is firstname.lastname@example.org. You can reply directly to that email with a brief reason why, and we’ll respond to you as soon as possible!
